Ingredients
- 1.500 Cup Soft, Medium Or Silken Tofu (To Taste) β Chop into roughly 3/4"-1" cubes
- 3 Eggs Eggs β Beaten
- 0.500 Tomato Tomato β Chopped roughly
- 1 Scallion Green Onion / Scallions β Chopped
- Salt And Pepper β Add to taste
Instructions
Saute tofu for 2 minutes. Add tomato and green onion and cook with tofu. Add eggs and scramble with the tofu and vegetables. Serve and eat.
