You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content Ownership

Recipes, images, and other content you submit remain yours. By submitting content, you grant RecipeBook a non-exclusive license to display and store that content as part of the service.

4. User-Generated Content

User Content Warranties. By posting, uploading, or distributing content on this service, you represent and warrant that: (a) You are the creator and owner of the Content, or have obtained all necessary permissions to allow its use; (b) The Content does not infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or privacy; (c) The Content is not defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful. You agree to indemnify and hold RecipeBook and Jonathan Ballard harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from a breach of this warranty.

5. Prohibited Use
